Music

Children are taught in four-weekly blocks using the Oak National Academy Resources during Stogursey Adventurers.  

Alongside the classroom music singing plays an important part in school life. A singing assembly is held once a week where children learn new songs and enjoy singing old favourities. At Christmas and in the Summer, the children perform a play to parents which always involves singing.

We also encourage participation in singing and music at regular events. We take part in the singing concert at the MacMillian theatre in Bridgwater each summer.
